Millennium Technologies provides Nickel Silicon Carbide (NSC) plating services for aluminum components requiring controlled wear resistance, thermal efficiency, and dimensional stability. Our NSC process is engineered and maintained to deliver repeatable, verifiable results in high-load and high-temperature applications.

NSC plating consists of a nickel matrix with uniformly dispersed silicon carbide particles, creating a hard, low-friction surface bonded directly to the aluminum substrate. This coating is a functional alternative to cast iron liners and conventional nickel coatings.
