Service Big Bore Kits are based around your modified OEM cylinder. Your cylinder or engine cases are shipped to our state of the art Plymouth, WI. facility for a complete suite of modifications and then perfectly matched to a high-performance piston and gasket kit.
2-Stroke Big Bore Kits are ported for your riding style and require modification to your power valve and cylinder head. Some 105cc, 107cc, 144cc, and 295cc kits require case modifications.
These additional modifications are included in the price.
